    regarding network locked

I just checked the phone's simlock section, and it says all 5 except network is still locked...thats kinda weird cause i alrdy did SIM lock procedure and I can use other sim card with the phone.

So i guess what does Network 10 mean?

simlock patch, simply is a patch that tricks the phone so you can use all other sim. (TEMP)

the simlock section is the REAL, the network lock will only be unlocked if you have the unlock code, that can be only obtained from your network provider (which usually cost money). Once its unlocked its permanently unlocked so you could flash it as many times as you want and its done.

the no. represents how many tries you've got left once the network no. reaches 0 the phone is automatically blocked (permanently).

    Re: regarding network locked

So what you are saying, is that we cant really XS++ flash the phone all the time due to the fact that there is a limitation of the "no."? or that number represents how many tries u have left for trying out the code to unlock the network, not the tries for flashing the phone?

and so REMOVE-SIMlock patch basically only confuses the phone so eventho it has network 10 (locked) you can still use other sim card in it, right?

Exactly. You can flash your phone many times. There is no upper limit.

Yes, the "unlock" patch ticks the phone, but you should see the network unlocked. So there is something wrong. You should try the unlocking procedure again...
