no. only in db2020 and db3150 you can change font. in db2010 you can only make it smaller.

You need to change font size values in layout.xml and that file you will find in your phone - tpa/system/layout/layout.xml

We can't change the font in DB 2010. but we can change the size and type.
there are so many sizes have. E20_R, E16_R..... Bold, Regular & Italic some of them.
We can change this using layout.xml file located in file system.

there is a software called layout creator, easy to use.
