W850i Flash Led acting weird

my brother brought me his phone today.

The phone works a 100percent for sure everything good, Never had been touch before, flashed or patched, never had that.

but Its weird pretty rare that when you put the battery in , the flash led turns on barely very barely but on. you wouldnt notice it during the day but at night it can be seen cleearly.

I flashed it and nothing, right after putting the batery in it lights up


Its a really slow light, but i think it could be taking some battery.

Any idea, cause first time I see this, or this is the way this works, I dont know u tel:confused:l me
