Unlocking and de branding K770i locked to 3

I have this phone locked to 3 and want to use a UK orange sim
Its platform is db2020
otp cid51
erom cid53
erom colour red
firmware version r8ab001

i've read the post in the forum but am confused.
Can someone help me please?

Cid 53 phones can`t be unlocked with free tools, only against payment.

the phone's now unlocked and i can use it with a UK Orange sim.
How can I now de-brand the phone?
Can I upgrade the firmware without interfering with the unlock?
If so what's the best program and firmware to use?

there is rumour(therefore im not going to put my life on the line to vouch for it) that you can use JDFlasher and FARmanager combined to flash CID53. like i said, its rumour, google around and have a look
