Ultimate Unlocker and K770i CID53

Hey all.
Just purchased a credit for Ultimate Unlocker to unlock a vodafone uk branded k770i DB2020 CID 53. I have attempted to do the following procedures:

1. Direct Unlock with Codes
2. Set CID to 52


But I seem to get the following error





any ideas how I can solve this???

updated my usb flash drivers to version 2.1.0.0 and it worked fantastically well!!!!
