I have flashed this phone with these files and everything seems ok, but the last part of the xs++.log says:

12:31:05| Binary acknowledge failed with: 15

12:31:05| Failed

Is there a problem or is this normal.

That's because you are trying to flash a CID36 phone with CID49 firmware. You must use what Seamonkey told you first.

First flash FS , than CUSTPACK and at the end MAIN , and all that time DON'T turn on your phone until you do full flash
