Help! XS++ can't even detect my phone. FAR too.

I have a w580i. When I pressed on "c" and plugged it into the usb, I get nothing but "Did not receive 0x5a. Continuing". On FAR, it's the similar thing, "continuing" FOREVER.



Here's the log, which probably doesn't help much:

I tried with another w580i this one came with, and it's the same thing. Pls help!

hold the 2 button bud iff that wont work then try the 2 and 5 button one will work

dou you install teh usb driver for your phone? if not , download it from the download section and if you already have installed, reinsert your battery and your phone will be ready to connect with your PC. hope it will help you. have a nice day

I think I did, how do you check? Also, when I press "c", the device appears to be "SEMC Flash Device". When I do "2+5", it appears to be "Generic Flash Device" and then changes to the first one. Well, I still get "0x5a" error for both. Could it be my phone?

Clean bottom connector. This is most problematic thing.

i think you just need to reinsert your battery and try again.
