Unlock code question

No it's not my IMEI for sure

And it's not asking me for the code to be entered. After I type the PIN number the phone says "Insert proper SIM card" (translated from croatian) ;P

There's nothing that asks me to enter a unlock code
I only can press few buttons, than I get something like a emergency call screen where i can enter numbers

Any idea how I could enter that unlock I've got? Save me the writing of how I got it, maybe it not working at all, i'm just checking if someone knows how to enter it. I've tried few combinations PIN than that code and vice versa. But it's not working

Maybe I can enter that via a program?

Any idea?
