Anyone tried to downgrade CID with Ultimate Unlocker?

I'm going to hijack this thread instead of making a new one.

I downloaded the program and bought 1 log for 20 euros. Now, was I meant to get a username and password before I bought the log? This is the first time i've used any paid software (i usually just used xs++ and setool2lite but I got a k800 and it was upgraded to CID 53) so I'm not quite sure how the log/user:pass system works.

I have K770 CID53 RED wit FW from "3", tried to downgrade to RED52 that i can Flash with XS+ with Original FW. But ULTIMATE UNLOCKER says me BOOTMODE UNSUPPORTED. What does it mean. Buyed LOG for 20EURO made 1 unlock first.now Credit Info says 0.67 left.
Can anybody help?
