Flash w910 firmware to w908?

I believe they are as K800 and K790. You can't mix their firmwares as they have differente hardware.

The two phones are basically the same. Only difference is the hsdpa functionality. I have still yet to hear of a w908 that has hsdpa here in south africa. Also I've noticed that phone speed does increase. But i underwent some limited functionality when flashing my phone with another regions firmware. . The firmware that i tried was the generic hong kong firmware. And java text was very large. So stay clear from that hong kong generic firmware. All i can say is give it a shot. You can always flash back using s.e.u.s if your network fails to recieve reception like mine did. . I hope this helps.
