If GDFS damage would it be alright if we flash back to K800?
I didn't repair the GDFS but I flash back to K800 and it work fine.
Flash again to K810 still got flashing display.

There is nothing wrong with GDFS, otherwise the phone wouldn't work.
On the other hand I would follow seamonkey's advice, really... You will not gain anything useful from converting K800 to K810, but you will get a couple of problems instead.

GDFS is definatly not dead then, otherwise your phone wouldnt just magically work finw when you flashed it back to the proper firmware. so you dont need to repair your GDFS. but for future use, remember to always back up your GDFS. and like eveyone else said...why you flashing your phone to a model its not?...if you want it so badly then buy the model.
