Crashing Problem

does anyone know why my w810i keeps crashing, sometimes the screen will go white and other times it will just freeze up on me, took me over an hour to make a call on it tonight as it kept messing up, i really like this phone and have just put a custom pack on it and its looking well sweet now, would be a shame to have to throw it away.
