Configuration Error

I've got an SE w810i but all of a sudden it started flashing with a white screen, i couldn't do anything with it, so i tried flashing it but i'm a complete newbie i dont have a clue if i've done it right but i guess not, my problem now is when i switch it on it keeps saying configuration error, i'm getting to the stage where i'm just gonna go out and buy a new one as i like these phones alot, but am given it one last go in here to save this lovely phone, please help?.

down load a copy off xs and when uv con ur phone to it and then there will be 3 boxes pick the 3rd one and flash one off the custom packs to it this will sovle it

I've got a copy of XS++ on my pc mate but i'm a complete n00b i have no idea where to get these files from or nothin, if you could help with this i'd be very appreciated, thanks.

glad you got that al settled, i had a configuration error on my first flash too lol
