That error is because you didn't finalize flashing.To do that you need CUSTPACK for your phone and he must match FS ( so if you use EUROPE 1 - FS your CUSTPACK must be EUROPE 1)

And for crossflashing Z610 -> K610 I think isn't possible ,but maybe someone alse know more than me

upload the custom pack in
TPA-->PRESET-->CUSTOM

Just unpack CUSTPACK and put folder "tpa" in XS++ folder "own_custpack",connect phone and pick "own_custpack" unstead phone model and flash to phone
