request i need to download a firmware for z610i i have my phone flash! but it says "Configuration error. Please contact you network operator or service centre!" ???

That error is because you didn't finalize flashing.To do that you need CUSTPACK for your phone and he must match FS ( so if you use EUROPE 1 - FS your CUSTPACK must be EUROPE 1)

And for crossflashing Z610 -> K610 I think isn't possible ,but maybe someone alse know more than me
