Time zones on a W580i

Greets.

Our country changed it's offitial Time Zone last year (Venezuela). From GMT-0400 to GSM-0430 which saddly is not used by any other country right now.

My problem is, that up to the lattest SE released firmware, my W580i still has the old time zone, which causes some wrong-time headaches when I synchronize my calendar and task entries to anything like google calendar.

I've opened up the FS firmware for my phone and the US1 customization file (the one I'm using), and I've found no file in my filesystem that seems to include the time zones. So I wonder whether this is defined in a file in the FS which I've missed and thus I could edit the custom pack for, or whether it's defined inside the binary firmware itself and if it would be possible to thus make a patch to alter even the whole GMT-0400 (I don't mind) time zone to GMT-0430.

Any ideas please?

time settings is in Main so you must wait for new firmware or request some patcher to make a patch for you
