z750a debrand to z750i

Hi everyone!
Recently bought SE Z750a from AT&T, brought it to Europe.
There isn't any stuff like GPRS in the menu, would a firmware upgrade help ?
or should I flash it to a another firmware, like Z750i ?
I saw on this page that it' s possible to debrand it

On that platform DB3150 you can't do anything for free ( there aren't support tools).So only way is some payed service
