w580i Camera Problem?

Hi, i am new to phones so i dont know much about them, but my camera has recently stopped working and i dont know why.

When i try to go on the camera it says:

"Another application is running. Close it, and then start the camera."

Does anybody have any ideas on what i need to do? Will i need to flash it? If i do how would i flash it, with what files?

or master reset the phone,only settings........

You have a failed camera/flex cable. This happened to me and I reflashed twice. Reflashing will do nothing. Your camera died so get a new phone or a new flex cable. :( Sorry.
