    need a help

    i got k750i with r1dboo1 when i want to istall usbflash drivers
    when i connect my phone to pc with xs++ then it giving a message FAILED OPEN i tried sevaral times but nothing happend what can i do

    it might not be the drivers, it could be that the timeout is happening...

    are you sure you're following the part where it says:

    18:37:53| Turn off phone
    18:37:53| Hold C Button on phone and connect phone.
    18:37:53| You have 30 seconds.

    ?

    if you dont connect your phone within 30 seconds, then it will time out and you'll have to start again.

    you should:
    1. download usb driver from here
    2. exit battery for 15 seconds and again put on mobile
    3. running xs++ and press start
    4. hold "c" on mobile and connect cable

    You can try to install your phone on the other USB port and than try to connect with "XS++" again. But it should be what seyediali4 just said: you should take out the battery from your phone for about 15 seconds before connecting it to "XS++". :)

    Just update your usb drives and it should work!
    i had this type of problem once
