[SOLVED] K770i almost unlocked :S!!

I have a K770i, and i have read various tutorials etc, and have followed the .exe tutorial to the end, i got a message in Setools lite saying "Patch values differ", then i tried the tutorial - "Remove SIM-lock patch generator", which gave me the error on the phone "Configuration error contact network service" or something, i read on the forum i would need to finalize the phone, Doing this in X++ had no effect, and trying to flash the phone on Setools didnt work either. So now i have repeated the .exe tutorial, and still get the "patch values differ" message, and the phone is still locked

The network i am on is 3, SE K770i, and I live in the UK.

Before i did anything to the phone my X++ read this:

I think i have successfully debranded the phone using these files:

Main: K770_R8BC004_MAIN_GENERIC_VI_RED52.mbn

CDA: HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_207_R2A_GENERIC_CENT_EUROPE (Tried Zipped & Unziped)

After this X++ Read this

What i would like to know is where am i going wrong, in unlocking the phone? are the files right? and why does the message "patch values differ" come up?

Any help would be much appreciated!

ha i had that problem... ur main and fs and cust is right just use simlock patch if compatible

heres the steps:
once flashed or debranded.
use setools lite 1.10.
use qamaker to make ur quick acess vkp file (using your main)
use simlock patch generator creates vkp file (using your main)
*note the main is the one you used to flash the fone.

then use selite tools:
mark bypass db2020
click "ADD" (big button), your main
click "..." (in misc line), your vkp file made from qamaker.
flash
press NO at the end...

reopen the file selite tools (or clear the stuff e.g. untick the bypass db2020 .etc)

so now tick use quick acess below bypass db2020
click "...." your simlock patch vkp file generated.
click write script
press no at the end...

finish please do not pull out cable or you have a chance of bricking and battery is full:)

"patch values differ" came up, because you either didnt add the main when patching or it just doesnt match. when i first done it its because i added the main as update didnt click on "ADD" so its as if i didnt ADD the main. so it came out wrong.

Yea, i did originaly make a quick access Vkp file and followed them exact steps before i posted and i managed to get a config. error on the phone, however after reading your post i tried it again, and it worked first time!! Thank you for the help, My K770i is unlocked and working fine so far! When i tried the Quick access method the first time i must have not debranded it properly or somethin! Thanx again! :D
