I dont think its possible, because its DB2012 - it can be generated but at the moment DB2000/DB2010 CID36/49 and DB2020 CID52 platforms can be patched only.
fromIt is able to generate vkp patches for DB2000/DB2010/DB2012/DB2020 CID36/49/50/51/52 MAIN firmwares (*.mbn, *.bin), but at the moment you can apply patches to DB2000/DB2010 CID36/49 and DB2020 CID52 platforms only. You can also apply patches to any DB2000/DB2010 CID36/49 and DB2020 CID52 cross flashed phone (e.g. DB2010 CID49 K310@W200).

No free unlocking yet for this platform. The only way to unlock for free is if you have a setool box.
