w580i play icon to walkman icon

Does anyone know how to reduce png file size to below 417 bytes? Cause the icon i want to change ( ) is 417 bytes. I want to change it so something like this : .
If you can make patch for W580i R8BE001 please let me know :)
If not, just make the icon below 417 bytes, or tell me how to do it. I reached minimum 508 bytes but the program won't let me change the icon ... :(
