Need help unlocking W580i

hi guys,
I have tried to unlock my W580i before and it did work.
However, when i sent it to Rogers and fix the phone for me ( due to some problems),
they locked it again. It didn't work this time when I tried to unlock it again =(

This is what i got from the SEtool:

PLease read the forum posts as your question has already been answered 100's of times.

Your phone is CID53

Cid53 has not been hacked yet so cant be unlocked for free.

You can only unlock through a pay service like D-Unlocker etc.
