i may seem a bit dense now but when i connect my phone to XS++ it says "can not open phones communication port"
my phone is a w880i on t-mobile can someone please advice why this happening and what to do.

that means that your computer is not seeing your phone....you need to install a flash driver....i dont no what falsh driver 4 w880i
