My W600i backlight and screen light problem

Hi, my w600i backlight is not working:( .even the screen light is not working too?..but the phone is working well except for mention above..What can be the problem?..:confused: .I've update it with SEUS (R7CA017) but the problems is still persist..

Can someone please help me with this?...Thanx a lot for anyone that can gimme a hint/guide to resolve this problem.:o

try to see if they work in the service menu (>*<<*<*) service tests, if they don't work try a reflash, if still don't work might be a hardware problem, then go to a service. Sorry, I can't help more!!

thanx khaba...know anywhere i can convert my .dvt to mbn/fbn?...

you can't cuz dvt files, as far as I know, have some bytees missing at the end of the file, wich are loaded from the DaVinci server when U use their client. So keep posting, not spaming, and when u reach 20 messages or a bit more you'll get acces to the download area and you can download what you need. What files do you need?

is it possible to get this firmware from other source?..

my w600i is dead now...I cant switch on th phone now...my only hope is to try flashed it to see whether can be save or not...anybody care to help me with this?...:(
