You can try:

-Check you have full battery and good cables, clean ports.
-Open XS++
-Smartphone connect
-Connect your phone in flash mode.
Then, in the flash tab:
-Change CDA to generic world 1 with the latest firmware you can see there.
-Once you select it, press Run Script.
-After process ends, use SEUS to finally update firmware.

thanks for advice the worst thing is that when i try to charge the battery and connect it to the main plugs the phone screen and keyboard flash and switch off and this is no stop until i disconnect it from the plug and even worse cannot see how much of the battery is charged so should I just leave it flashing like that and then try your advice ????
