No, because this phone has a new platform ( db 3150 ) and no free programs support it.

indeed it is possible,but not for free
there are services like total multi server and davinci that let you debrand the phone

davinci on offer for 10 euros. Updated firmware's installed and phone debranded.

I debranded and flashed for free, at a local gsm service. Didn't cost me anything, not even the fact that it took him 30mins of his time! I give him a couple of beers for the work!
