Problems With my Memory Card of my w580i

Hello, i've got a problem with my M2 memory card of my W580i. Every time i turn my phone on it asks to format. It doesn't matter if i say yes or no my phone won't reconize my memory card. Sometimes it does and than i can listen 2 my music but most of the times it doesn't. Could anyone help me please?

Try to check it first on another cell phone. Also, you can try to check it with an antivirus and try to format it from the PC.

try insert he card into your pc and then format it. but use FULL format (i know it takes longer, but it could be the key to sorting out the problem) NOT quick format.

I've tried to format it on my pc. But my pc doesn't read teh card either..
also i've tried someone else his M2 card 2 put in my phone but my phone stil askes to format. i realy don't know what to do? please help

Do the full flash of your phone (if it's CID52 with XS++ or Setool2lite or if it's CID53 with Far+JDflasher

silly question, but have you peered inside your phone to make sure you didn't damage a contact or some dirt/trash is inside touching the contacts ?

if you're like me you didn't read the directions the first time and assumed it was going to be a regular microsd card and got one of those stuck in there and had to pull it out with a knife...

I also notice alot that my m2 card tends to just "fall out" of my w580i for no reason, check to see if it is getting a firm connection.

did you check your memory card...? probably its you memory card problem not the phone...:D

Sounds like a problems with the phones fimeware. i would do a full flash for your phone. Use XS++, the tutorial for it is in the tutorial section of this site. The software you will need is XS++(from download section) and the fimeware for your phone that matches its CID. good luck
