A little help regarding falshing k850i

i hvae a k850i...its unlocked because we dont have locked mobiles phones in india...i have the firmware R1FA035...but the phone is not fast nor is the sound out put..i saw some flashed k850i's videos on youtube..can i also flash my phones firmware to get better performance a better main menu and good sound output...

anyway there are few services(not for free) that let you flash your phone

SEUS or pay for some services are ask for money to flash your phone
and 480$ for K850??? its expensive...
there are in EBAY k850 cost 300-370 $ for each K850 unlocked and some of them come with 1/2 GB memory stick card
