Edit shuttersound

Hey guys,

After three days finaly i can work with far manager and my K810I SE phone.
But i have a question:

I have replaced the shuttersound.3gp with my own.
Restarted the phone and opened the camera.

Now when i take a picture nothing happens, he takes the picture and i don't hear anything. My silent mode is off and i do hear the focus sound but not the shutter sound.

How is this possible, am i doöing something wrong here ?

Edit: And also do somebody have the layout.xml, etc files for my K80I ? i cant seem to find them :(
