Didi you do that? You probably didn't remove battery and insert it back in, that is necessary to do everytime you make flash action (GDFS backup, flashing FS, putting icons etc.) Anyway, use 3.1 version!18:21:51| Disconnect phone from USB-port and wait for

I recommend you to use 3.1, because XS++ team said that 3.2 is leaked version and it can brick your phone.
