No sreen light after W580i firmware update

Hello!

I was trying to update the f/w of my w580i via the SE update suite. After this, the cell phone was working fine but the next day i could't see the screen because the light was "dead" (and still is)... The screen works but the light don't... I went to a service shop and they told me that can't fix this... Please help!

They definataly can fix it! the same thing had happened to my w850. it happens cause you didnt follow the correct procedure when you where using SEUS!!! but i know for sure they can fix it cause i sent mine to them and they fixed mine. But a simple phone reflash will sort it out! check the tutorials if you dont know how to flash.

I've reflash it with FAR plus jdflasher and nothing happened.. :(

Can i download new display drivers for w580? Maybe this causes the problem... Is there possibility to modify a file to ENABLE the display illumination? (i don't know if the display light works based on a file with settings). Are there CID 53 MEDITERR firmware files older than R8BE001? Maybe this f/w has bugs... Thanks a lot!

You gotta follow the correct procedure

FLASH **Main + FS + CustPack.. Just Press Flash..

Dont detach the phone at any moment, only when the program tells you to remove it, at the end after saying Phone Detached, then you can remove the cable form phone... For your firmware, look for it on download zone.
