W810i Won't turn on

[W350a]

apperantly im having the same problems with my recently purchased W350a
wanted to tamper with it and well as unbrand it so i can use music files as ringtones...
so i downloaded the update service from the Sony web and also XS++

Upon opening XS++ and following the procedure this is what it said:

I've tried connecting it as the tutorial states and the outcome is always the one above..
although the pc does recognize it in file transfer mode as a removable disk so i can see whats on it...
any sugeestions?
