w810 return from the dead but still not working

Finalization of your phone didn't complete, you need to upload CUSTPACK one more time to finalize flashing

Which CUSTPACK? The one included in XS++? or the one included in the one mentioned by custom08....that one I got the following error

I am running out of options as I have tried so many things and none of them work...the problem is I am getting different errors every time and getting to the second screen is already a big problem as I have to plug in the phone within ONE second without getting stuck at the first screen.

Why am I getting different error every time??

Does anyone here able to help? I have probably tried over 100 times by now and only able to get to the second screen 1/5 of the time.
