    Question Modding k800i

I´m not sure how to ask this question but what does modding mean?
And what do I benefit by modding my k800i?

    Have a nice day!

"modding" means changing things in on your phone. you have 2 kinds of modding:

softmodding: changing things in the firmware of your phone (like changing the menu icons, acoustics (for beter volume), camera driver (for better video's and pictures), etc etc)

hardmodding: this is changing the hardware of your phone. like: replace the case, change LED's, add a speaker, that kind of stuff

the benefits depends on what you want to do with it ;)

    Hi infinity!
    Thanks for your reply.
I have one more question; is there an website which tells all the changes one can do by modding the phone? And what programs do I need for modding? I have both XS++ and SETool2Lite - is modding possible with these programs?

    Thank you!
