how to upgrade firmware of a w380

i got a w380 today
but it doesn't have chinese support.
i have found the firmware from this site and want to know how to upgrade the firmware.

First you will need to dowload a few things ( USB drivers for your phone & FAR manager & your phone firmwares) which are all available for yo download from this site. your firmware that has chinese language on it will be FS:W380_R9BB001_FS_HONG_KONG_RED53 & main: W380_R9BB001_MAIN_HONG_KONG_LE_RED53. Because you have a CID 53 it it harder then usual. Um...im not familiar with FAR manager and CID53, so i cant really help you, so hopefully someone can come to the rescue. But in the mean times that is what you will need to get first. Good luck! i know the first time is stressing, just be patient.
