K510 flashing problem

My SE K510 DB2010 RED CID50 got a problem.
It restarts automatically when i switch on the phone.
So i just wanna to reflash my mobile.
I tried with XS++ 3.1
Ya.. it identifies my mob and when i hit the flash button it suddenly closes the window without any info.
I used these firmwares
K510_R4EA031_FS_INDIA_RED50
K510_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_CO_RED50
How can i flash my mobile...???
Which version of XS++ supports to flash my mob..????
