Easiest way is going back to SC or try SEUS.

Yep, if phone after service centre is working as you described it means that guys at SC screwed something up. So it's up to them, to repair your phone for free.
And it looks their flashed with incompatible firmware, such bugs happen if you flash with a different phone's firmware and you have luck to get phone starting ;-)

your phone is brown which means it is not retail version of the phone but a test/demo/pre-release.
i don't know how they missed that in the service centre unless you took it to shop other than sony ericsson authorized one, in which case they flashed RED firmware into BROWN phone.

my bad, i didnot read ur last post.

well that "local guy" fu****d up your phone, so now you have to fix what he damaged.
there are tutorials here about converting your brown version of the phone into red version, please read them.
after conversion you have to flash your phone again, but with RED version firmware.

There is no way to change the color with DCU-60, for that you need a service cable.
But you should go back to the "local guy" and let him change your phone color, because he did the mistake!

Finding brown firmware seems to be impossible...
