i have had same problem.
1. disconnect battry for 10 sec
2. insert battry
3. start xs++
4. connect
5. insert usb cable pressing c
6. update firmwire
7. disconnect cable
8. connect as above
9.flsh fs file
10 disconnect
11. start far manage
12 connect then update coustem pack
then mbn file hop this works
