w880i sound quality poor

hi! i'm new in this forum, an i have the same sound problem with the w880i, as "boab 33"...
i have downloaded the :"ShZ - Best Quality In ZAPF History - v.2.0"
but i do not know how to install it...
i open the "xs++", i connect my device {and it is turned off**, but to "xs++" says that i have to turn it off in 30 seconds...i do not know what to do...
and tell me if the acoustic that i have downloaded are good...
can someone help me??? pleaseeee helpppp

first install Gordon's Gate Flash Driver(google it) and then
turn of your phone and connect it to XS++ via usb cable while holding 2+5
if still doesn't works post log from XS++ (maybe your phone has CID 53)
