hye all..
i'm a new comer and i'm going to make a
flash menu in my phone..when i want to access my
w850i in phoneXS v.2, it says :-

12:53:09| Turn off phone
12:53:09| Hold 'C' button on phone and connect phone.
12:53:09| You have 30 seconds.
12:53:09|
12:53:39| Error: Cannot open phone communication port
12:53:41| Disconnected... Unplug the phone
12:53:49| Shutting down...
so my question is, how come it cannot open my phone?? :confused
is my phone having a problems?? :confused:
so please guys,help me A.S.A.P...... :(
