How can I fix this W580i?

I got a W580i from a friend that does not work anymore. He customized it but screwed it up.

When I turn it on, it vibrates for 1/3 of a second, a customized initial screen appears and then it turns off. I can charge it, and connect it to the PC, and even messed with setool2, but don't know how to fix this problem.

First of all do GDFS backup and than use this 3 files
MAIN - W580_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52
FS - W580_R8BE001_FS_AMERICA_2_RED52 and
CUSTPACK - HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_107_R8A_GENERIC_AMERICA_2
and do full flash with XS++ or Setool2lite
