Looking at the firmwares here in this side I can say that:
for CID36 - latest firmware is R1NA005
for CID49 - latest firmware is R1DB001

yap your firmware is old.
read @rmk post. there are two updates available but if you use SEUS(Sony Ericsson Update Service) for updation your CID automatically update to CID49.
other wise you use XS++ for changing your firmware.

your f/w is very old you can upgrade your CID to 49 then flash the latest one

its an update service...it will show you the list of updated version of firmware. and then if you agreed it will update your cell via internet. :)
