Did you crossflash your phone to W200? Try flash back to k310
or if you didn't than you choose wrong phone model in XS++
So,you will need to flash your phone again and match more be careful this time

This is probably a damaged GDFS. If you have a GDFS backup from your phone, restore that. But DO NOT flash any other GDFS than yours!

You need one more file (custpack). It's important for finalization (you must finalize flashing) and maybe this is reason for failure crossflashing to W200
