k750i keys wrong?help plz !!!

hi .i have a k750i .the camera button on the right hand side presses "0" ..the number 8 does not work at all.all other numbers on pad work fine.iv tried a new keypad membrane and cleaned it but still same problem.so software problem right?i`m learning the hardware side so know bits ,but never dealt with software.but do want to learn.have i got to flash it?any info on which cable i need would be very much appreciated also. would i need to buy a cable that includes software?thanks

just noticed ,even though camera button presses "0"..if i hold it down the camera comes on after a couple of seconds..so it`s just the number 8 that does not work?

In standby use this combination >*<<*<* and you access to service menu.Than open "keyboard" and test it. If is everything OK you need cable DCU-60(came with phone) and XS++ or Setool2lite for flashing
