Hi, I have used this programme in the past to unlock a k600i and a k800i with no issues. Now I have reinstalled the programme and I can't identify a S500i. I have tried 3 USB cables to no avail. I have now tried to get my K600i identified and that wont work either. I am at a loss and can think of no reason why this would happen as I'm following the same procedure used before. Anyone ?

Try re-installing the USB flash drivers... Remove them first and the install them again. This happens sometimes when connecting several different phones. It happened to me after using 2 different platform phones, so the USB drivers somehow got corrupted. Re-installing them and using different USB port solved my problem. So you should try that. :)
