I'm guessing nothing; because the W610 doesn't exist, the real term is the W610i. It's called the W610i from the Sony Ericsson website.

When you read this name, the ones, who wrote it, did think, that the "i" is not necessary.

Ive never seen w610... only w610i and w610c... and its exactly the same... the only diifference is the country where it came from... the only fact is that most of my friends ignores (i) when I ask them what sony ericsson model they have...:D
