Debranding w580i CID53 help? -- Being honest here!

you can call att at there customer service and ask to unlock your phone.if they ask you are you going to stay with att say yes and you have to had been with them for 90 day thats how i nlocked my W580i too bad i cant debrand it ( CID 53 )

Got bored with my w580i and so i've been trying to find out about different things i can do with it. now i've downloaded XS++ and far manager (I've no idea what CID my phone is or how to look) also i dunno how to use either of the programs i've downloaded. So if you'd like to help me out i'd appriciate it alot thanks

Ok I am doing tht yet everytime I try to connect my phone it brings up this

23:39:14| Disconnected... Unplug the phone

Could you help me any futher?
