Can my w580i be unlocked if my network unlock is 0 = Unlock (net) 0. It has been flash and all the other options are unlocked but this one. I have tried to have it unlocked over the internet and they said it can't be done. It won't accept any NCK numbers. Can I reset the counter to 5?
Plz plz plz need help!

If the EROM CID is 52 or lower, then it can be unlocked by patch for free; it doesn't matter the counter's state.
