SE c902 icons

hi all, im new to the SE phones and have been having a few probs with it freezing and switching itself off.

ive been on to SE site and downloaded/installed the firmware but seem to have lost a few things.

black background screen
and it looks like ive lost the icons i had with the Vodafone firmware,is there anyway i can re load the icons and black background screen.

Hiya, how did you flash your phone???? is it a pay as you go or pay monthly??? is the phone under warranty because if it is and you use SEUS (sony ericsson update service) i would take it back and explain what has gone wrong.

If you used SEUS, then the thing that bothers me is that it has updated and lost some of your Vodafone icons/settings.

I updated my K810i about 6 months ago using SEUS and i am on Orange and the program told me that it was going to update my software/firmware what ever to the latest Orange version and i didn't have any problems at all after the update, seems strange that you are having problems with Vodafone phone if you did use SEUS.

I have just flashed my K810i with a new firmware debranding it from the Orange nonsense you get install and my phone actually works alot better, hehe.

With the C902 being a NEWISH phone, then it should be still under warranty in my opinion and i'd take it back.

Sorry for not answerring how to get the settings back but your info on how you updated is abit vague, more info plx :)

sorry for not being to clear on my actions.

ive downloaded the SE firmware from there site,and its overwriten the vodafone firmware thus removing all the vodafone extras its now only got basic icons and backgrounds

i used the lead that came with the phone to connect it to the pc for the download/uploading of the firmware and followed the steps very carefully so that i didnt stuff the phone lol

ive been informed that i can reload the vodafone firmware but its quite tricky and can permanently damage the phone if i get it wrong

which tool did you use to flash your c902?

i think that free tool that supports flashing c902 dont exist yet

They don't exist for now because c902 have all new platform inside DB3150
